This investigation will reveal if the registrant/owner is still in business, if he mark is presently in use and if so, on what specific product or service and to whom these goods/services are sold. We will also discover the date of first use and obtain literature or samples.

Consists of: Profile of registrant company and copy of Dun & Bradstreet Report; Determining specific use of mark; Description of goods/services, avenues of trade; Distribution channels; Date of first use; Sales figures (when available); Obtain literature. We discover if the product was discontinued and if there are any remaining inventory. (All information is verified by at least two or three sources.)
A complete and detailed report will be prepared and sent via facsimile or e-mail, within 5 business days, unless rush service is requested.
